No privacy

I was busy getting dressed in the baby room at Pick and Pay Hemingways, as there was somebody in the bathroom, when the door suddenly opened. I asked the employee if she doesn't know how to knock and I asked her to get out. She insisted in coming in and I again asked her to please get out. She pushed her way in and I lost my cool and asked her to get the f out. This morning she came to my office (we are situated basically next door) with her manager and insisted an apology for verbally abusing her. I apologized, but in turn requested an apology for not respecting my privacy which I didn’t get. Is that they way Pick and Pay treat their customers privacy?
