No Points or Free Items

After sending pnp my till slip they advised me my points would be loaded on. Its still not done. R480 odd rand and no points. I then went on to spend +-R1000 at pnp and stickz free items where not given. Its becoming unacceptable that we the customer needs to bring these things to your attention. Can you please just do your jobs? I would like my points loaded and to recieve my free toys / items as advertised.
