No Pick n Pay Mulbarton, this is not how you run a business!

After finishing my shopping at P n P Mulbarton, I went to the checkout, asked for my pensioner's discount and was told its Wednesday. I said yes, I know its Wednesday so why can't I get my discount? Its Market Day. I said there is no notice of Market Day at the entrance, just a notice to inform pensioners that the period of discount is now Mon to Wed instead of the previous Mon to Thursday. I went to the Info Kiosk to speak to the manager and was informed she is in a meeting. This whole incident left a bitter taste in my mouth and I am certainly considering changing to another P n P.
