No person takes responsibility

Pic n Pay advertised a laptop (19 June 2023 - 9 July 2023, Toshiba Intel core i3 notebook) for R4999 with printer, office software, pdf software, and avg packages. When I asked the sales persons about the deal at Montana branch 26 June 2023, they referred me to the store manager. He also couldn't help me and referred me to the call centre ***and said I must ask for the regional manager. Upon phoning the call centre I spoke to Ayisha and asked for the regional manager but she said I must Whatsapp the ad to their Whatsapp line and they will attend within 72 hours. Nothing happened and I phoned again on the 3rd of July 2023 and spoke to Kay, she gave me her email and I mailed the add to her and she said she will escalate it to the regional manager but up to now still no reply and the deal will expire on the 9 July 2023
