No payment recieved

I requested a wallet pay out from Pick n Pay ASAP on 22 December 2022.

I still didn't recieve my pay out, I've called support multiple times.

I recieved messages of confirmation that the ticket was resolved but still on payout was recieved

A lady called me on Saturday saying my account number might be incorrect but no one has followed up with me

I'm very dissapointed in pick n pay, as this is not the first time I've had issues with them. Previously I didn't get my correct order, it took two weeks to get the issue resolved.I also needed to call support multiple times.

As a last resort I demanded to speak to the manager and have him sort the issue out

I've emailed support 3 days ago, I'm still waiting on a responds

This issues has been pending for a about a month now, and no payout was recieved
