No Paper Promise
I bought an Epson printer with the promise of 1 ream PnP paper per month for one year. Not a single PnP in my area has the paper this month (June). If you don't get it in the month you lose out. I have written an email to PnP, no reply. This is poor service and not delivering on your promises.
