No one knows how to register my smart shopper card at PnP

I have been using a smart shopper card for a few months which I registered on the site. I was informed at the till that my details are unregistered (strange) and that I should contact the whatsapp number. I contacted the whatsapp number and they said they cannot help me, I must update on the website. I went to the website again, it says there is an error I must call customer care. I called customer care, they said sorry they cant help me, they dont know whats going on. It seems the whole of PnP doesnt know what is happening in their own business or how to run it for that matter.
