No name candle globe not working

Hi <br> <br> I bought the No name candle globe at your shop and brought them back as they did not work. I was given another twin set of which is not working either. This is my first time using your brand i have used other brands before of which they lived up-to their standards. On the packaging is says the globes can go on for 1 year/ 1000 hours/400 lumen but the wouldn't even last for an hour.<br> <br> Please assist:- highly dissapointed
