No money for cash withdrawal

I don't understand why Pick 'n Pay duduza rank doesn't increase it's cash float for it's tellers. When you need to withdraw there you have to go pillar to post for a cashier who has the amount you need or they just don't have the amount. I tell the supervisor standing at the door that her tellers don't have R1000 as I bank with Tymebank it's their responsibility to ensure I can withdraw there, she tells me about not enough customers have come in store. Her response was ridiculous, as why would Pick 'n Pay partner with TymeBank if they can't able handle cash with drawals
