No Manager on duty on Saturday & Sunday?

At 15.30 on Saturday 28-11-15 I went into Pick 'n Pay Knysna Branch. There were 4 tellers & at least 25 to 30 in each queue waiting to pay. Several tellers were standing around & I asked to speak to someone in charge. The said person arrived & I asked her why there were so few tellers & her reply was that they were under staffed. I then asked to speak to the Manager & was told that he had left for the day.I was not prepared to wait so returned the next day - Sunday morning - only to be faced with exactly the same problem. Again I asked for the Manager & was told that he was not in that day. On both days the floor was littered with papers & debris with staff standing around talking. <br> In the 15 years since we have been in Knysna these complaints have been voiced by many customers - including the fact that when you approach the Manager nothing is done, whether it is about a product or staff. The problem is that it is slowly getting worse.<br> Shame on you Pick 'n Pay - what a shocker this store is.
