No Management style
Good morning
I am shocked on the manner then manger at this store speaks to me as a client.
I am trying to pay my R600 10 minute shopping and he keeps on telling the cashier to push in to get to her till. Push in, climb over just go! He keeps on saying. Why as yet another client has a complaint.
In the time standing waiting to pay which is longer than the shopping I witnessed two customers complaining.
When I confronted this so called Manager to allow me to finish pay he says to me he was not talking to me. He has no respect for clients and us as arrogant as hell!
Clearly there is no customer service in this store.
4 tile open on a Saturday morning thats 1/4 of the tills.
His not right for the position and will make your store loose all clients.
