No longer loyal

Pick n Pay Hayfields in Pietermaritzburg was my grocery store of choice for 20 + years. Sadly the service, stock levels and customer care has deteriorated so much that I have chosen to buy my groceries for a family of 5 over the road at the Mills Circle Spar. I am appalled by the attitude of the managers, cashiers and support staff. There is never a staff member at the cheese/cold meat delicatessen-one has to stand and holler for help appearing impatient and rude. An awful place to put your customer. The tellers are unconscious of your presence and do not bother to thank you for spending your money in their store. The manager listens to complaints, but I see no follow through on improvement. I have complained on the Pick n Pay website and other than the automated response I have had no feedback from this company. My opinion is that I get to choose where I spend my cash-and it is no longer at Pick n Pay!
