No intergrity or empathy

On the 15th May 2025 18:00 I went to shop at The Glen, was served at till 8 by a lady named Sibongile, the total amount for my items was R599.48 of which I paid cash R700, 2xR200 and 3xR100. She inputted R600 and gave me 60c change. Then I left the store. I came back within a space of 15minutes to query my change, however the manner in which I was treated is so disappointing. Firstly the male Manager(Sabelo/Sandile) and the security lady(the one who viewed the footage were very much disinterested in assisting me. The security viewed the footage and was adamant that I only paid with R600, I then said that I will not leave till I get back my R100 change. The male manager then said that they will do a spot check of the ladies float. Spot check was done and they mysteriously found the R100. Needless to say that there was no sympathy nor apology from the manager or the security personnel about the cashiers mistake, to top it all off, the manager was sitting on top of the ice blocks freezer, not bothered by how I felt or how the situation was handled. Customer relations and empathy training is clearly lacking in the store, staff is more focused on being on their cellphones, displaying a poor don't care attitude then assisting customer's needs. It clearly shows that there is no intergrity from the cashiers, security personnel and floor manager's, which is a requirement when handling money or any property not belonging to you. Shame on you!
