No Hope

Good day, on Saturday 01/12/2018, we purchased a INTEX swimming pool for R499.00. at Princess Crossing The pool tore at the seam on Monday. We have searched all over for our receipt, however no luck. Is there any way that the pool can be replaced? My children were looking forward to this Christmas, and I do not have the means to purchase another. I am hoping Pick and Pay can find it in their hearts to assist during this festive season. Of course, they refused and now my children have to suffer. I am struggling mother, and hoped for a miracle.
