NO HELP NO SMILE!!!Period phase

I always receive good customer care at pick n pay kempton square from Thuli but today was different .i went in to purchase a few items after waiting in a slow long que for over 30 min i was assisted by an impatient Valencia .Apart from not receiving a smile i just heard `SMART SHOPPER ` not a hello or gooday then after my purchase i asked for a cash witdrawal on the counter as its one of the facility i utilise and she said its month end from the 1 to the 5 they dnt do cash withdrawals ,apparently its a pick n pay rule..Pls pick n pay INCLUDE the rule in ur policies so we well aware not to make withdrawals on the counter during a certain period of time in the month
