No Help from the Supervisor

So this morning I went to the Pick 'n Pay in Rosebank to play the lottery amongst other things. Upon arrival at the till the cashier said to me that she doesn't know how to operate the lottery machine as she hasn't received training on it (which i find odd, why would they place her there then???) She then called her supervisor a gentleman by the name of Langalibalele for assistance who blatantly ignored her. She then called a fellow colleague to come and help her however the machine required a password of which she didn't know. At this point I had been waiting almost 15 mins.

After numerous attempts the supervisor arrived to assist but it seems he didn't know what he was doing. They pressed away at the machine and then he just walked away, he did not say where he was going or to at least give me feedback. I asked the cashier and she said she wasn't sure where he is going. I waited for what felt like an eternity (15 min) before i just decided to leave the store because no one could tell me what was going on or give me feedback.

I find the supervisor's behaviour particularly disturbing, he did not even greet and his attitude towards his staff especially his disappearing act.
