No food for the children thanks to pnp

<p>Good afternoon, I want to lodge a compaint. We ordered groceries online to be delivered today between 10 -11. There were no timeslots available from thursday last week so we had to settle on today. We paid for delivery. I phoned home at 11 where I was told by house sitter pnp phoned and said it will be delivered at 17:00. We just got home and phoned pnp where they told us there will be no delivery. They supposedly emailed us. We are not at home. Why not phone us. This is a huge problem. This food is for jacaranda childrens home house nr 7. When do you think these children should eat? Why isnt there any service. We phoned and ensured that this delivery will take place because we are not there to take the food to them. We trusted in you to deliver. What do we do now this time of day to get groceries to them. Calling the help line is useless. You have no one of authority. What a horrible experience. I guess there will be no answer now since there is no service.</p>
