no follow up
i reported an incident on the 19th of October, i received a response on the same day that it will be escalated and i will be contacted. <br> more than a week later there hasn't been any contact form pick n pay. <br> now i know why staff at shop floor treat us like this, they know we can go report them and they wont be any consequences. <br> disappointing.
