No First Aid at a BIG STORE

I'm at Pick n Pay Hypermarket in Maponya Mall. A old man just collapsed and to our surprise they don't have a First Aider or even a First Aid kit. Instead us the customers had to help the gentleman. Once he gained conscious, they immediately took him to the tills and out the door. As if he can now go collapse outside of the rtore
