No filters for Bric Brac

I bought a Bric Brac jug and each month I replace the filter. For the past few months I cannot find the replacement filters in the store yet the store contiues to sell the jugs. Please resolve this asap. One of the reasons I bought the jug is because I do not drink tap water.
