No feedback Ref ***
I lodged a complaint about 10 weeks ago (Ref no ***) and I have been trying to follow up without any success. I missed a call Fri afternoon but they said that they would call back. I am still waiting. I tried using the whatsapp to get more info, but what a waste of time. Is this how Pick n Pay takes customer service seriously.

I have not had any feedback of what is being done to ensure that this does not happen again; overcharging customers. giving me a call with excuses is not resolving the problem. A person wants to know what the corrective action is so that it does not happen to me or any other customer
