No feedback or assistance

My mother fell in the Canal walk store January 2024. To date nothing has been done to assist her. No one has contacted her too. Tried to call customer service today and the call was dropped by the agent at 9:49am today after demanding to speak to a manager. This is pathetic and I want the area manager to contact me. If I get no joy by COB today I will be taking this story to the news papers and social media.
