No feedback 4 days later

I owe R950 on my pick n pay store account. I paid R200 into the pick n pay account on the 29th November. On the 4th December I noticed my outstanding balance hasn't gone down. Called the useless customer care line, the consultant told me an amount of R95 had been debited on the 1st, so I have now paid R295. I have sent an email to ********** with the proof of payment and even lodged a complaint via their website. All I get are responses that they'll get back to me within 48 hours. Its been 4days! No o ne has bothered to contact me. Also how difficult can it be to trace a payment? I have provided these people with my bank statement which shows the account that made the payment and the date! What's the point of paying for this account if the payment doesn't reflect on my balance? I haven't even received a statement!!!!! This is ridiculous!

A few hours after posting my complaint I received a call from Jonathan Mahula, not only did he help resolve my query efficiently but he also did so with a smile and willingness to help in his voice, great characteristics for a customer care consultant. I have also received an email from pick n pay confirming receipt of my payment :) I am very satisfied with how quickly this was resolved. Happy customer once again :)
