No Feed back on vouchers submitted on food items

Purchased several goods to the value of R786.48 and handed in several vouchers for discount. The vouchers were valued for the same day with an approximate value -+ R100. These vouchers were never taken off the bill. We immediately contacted the store manager who agreed that the value of the vouchers were not discounted from the purchases. This occurred on Tuesday 29th September, the manager Nico promised to investigate and get back to me on Wednesday the 30th September.
