No feeback on poor service

Despite submitting a complaint regarding poor service received by the stand in manager at Pick n Pay Westville Junction on the 25th September 2021 all I received back from Pick n Pay was an email with a reference number without a courtesy call. Pick n Pay is expecting me to call their call centre for feedback.
