No Existent Customer Service

I logged a complaint in March 2022 regarding no stock of PnP extra Virgin Olive Oil @ 2 for R 170.00, All i get is an "apology we are working on it & will get back to you response, thereafter I get a "Complaint Closed mail"

Hello Peter I appreciate the service you are trying to provided, however our attempt to improve customer service just falls on deaf ears.

I say it once again Pick n Pay just pay lip services and do not understand the first thing of customer service
