No empathy

.To whom it may concern I am disguisted by the service of pick n pay i have bought a few baby essential things not knowing that i was not going to have my baby alive after birth it was very traumatising for me I have had the vaby this for almost 4 weeks my baby passed away 3 weeks ago my husband then advised lets return the stuff as the autopasy has finally been completed and i needed some cash to cover the cost the cremation my husband paid using his debit card and they refused giving him a refund wanted to give him a gift card who said i was gonna shop at pick n pay again i am really upset no empathy at all didnt even empathise in my situation the staff at pick n pay i will deffinetly not be shopping there again pick n pay parow
