No delivery...still no delivery

I bought a fridge from Pick 'n Pay Montana. I was promised delivery on Friday. Nothing happened. Phoned them on Saturday...lots of lies and excuses. Again promises of delivery Saturday. Nothing. Suddenly they could not find one and and and... I was promised one today (Monday). Still nothing. Does it seem as if Pick 'n Pay cares about the customer??
