No delivery through the bottles app and terrible customer service. 24 Hours later and still no delivery

Pick 'n Pay bottles app. I placed an order on the 17 October 2021 around 1.30pm. the aopp was updated saying that my order was delivered but it was not. I had the company that arranges the drivers trying to sort it out so that I could receive my order but then by after 5pm it was too late because the Glen store had closed already. today the 18 October 2021 14:16pm I have still not received my order (which I do not want because I still had to go to the store). I want a refund.
