No Delivery of Online Order
PnP, I placed an online order earlier this week. Yesterday I got an SMS to remind me that the delivery would arrive today. Today once the delivery slot came and went, we phone to complain. We were assured that the delivery would be made by the end of the day. It is now 7pm. No delivery. Your incompetency has messed up our entire day and I find this service disgusting. I expect to be contacted to tomorrow morning to have delivery rearranged.
