No delivery. No refund. Pick n pay stole my money
Expected, paid and confirmed delivery of my online order for 5 March never happened. On 7 March I received confirmation of refund via email, ref ***. It is now more than two weeks later and still no refund. I can only conclude that Pick n pay stole my money. I have written numerous emails asking what the hell is going on. No response. Nothing. Nada.
