No delivery no refund Order number ***

Pick n Pay ASAP I placed an order on Thursday 24 March

The app showed the order was delivered, but I did not receive the goods. No delivery at my gate.

I immediately called your support number. The driver was at the wrong address. I waites, he never arrived.

I have been emailing and calling but still have no goods and no refund.

Now the order does not show on my order history.
