No delivery no refund

Ordered clothing online on pick n pay clothing. They advised a day later no stock of an item I purchased and paid for. Assured me I would get the refund. To this day no one has bothered to sort this out. They reply on Instagram only, yet no one has contacted me via email or phone call.

Be very wary and check your statements as they clearly don't issue refunds but rather hope you forget.
