No delivery, no refund, 24 hour wait time

* placed an order on the asap app - received a delivery time of 3 hours (remembering the t's and c's state a 60min delivery time) * after still not receiving my order and numerous calls to customer care 24 hours (!) later, I cancelled the order via call and went to Pick n Pay Hout Bay to shop. * I am currently on hold with customer care who has just informed me that the order was not cancelled and that no refund has been actioned.
