No Delivery, No Refund
<p>I used the PnP online shopping home delivery function on the 11.03.2017. When it was delivered, some items were not there. Ordinarily the items that are not avaiable are not billed for, this time however, the items just did not arrive. I mailed customer care, and received a response TWO WEEKS later. I called the call centre and was promised a refund. It's now a month later, and I do not have a refund and the customer care function still does not respond. This is shockingly poor service and theft. If I went into a PnP and took something, I'm sure they wouldn't take it as lightly! </p>

Hi Thabisile
Thank you for you quick response to my complaint. I only wish that it had been followed through in the same manner, as 2 weeks later, I still do not have the refund as promised. This is both ********* in terms of the CPA, and just shows a comlete lack of custome service as it should be. Does Pick n Pay usually just hang on to people's money? If i were to go into a store, and take something and not pay for it, not only would I be arrested for theft, but I would not be given as many opportunities to return it - shouldn't you be held to the same standards?
