No delivery No feedback from the ****** call centre!!!!!
I order some groceries online on the 6th of July and after a long wait I had to contact the call centre as I did not receive my delivery yet I received confirmation that groceries were delivered on the App notifications. I called their call centre and a lady advised that sometimes their app will update groceries as delivered whilst it is still at the store, she promised to contact the store and call me back and she never did. I also have an old refund that I've been chasing with them for missing groceries on one of my deliveries. I just want my money back or my groceries delivered and I will be deleting this app as there's always a problem with Pick n Pay ASAP.

My kids must go hungry because of your incompetence??? Must I go to the ombudsman to lay a complaint while we die of hunger waiting for feedback?????

Please give me my money back so that I can but from another store because I clearly will not be receiving my groceries from you! Your service is really sickening!

I received a call today from your office and my query was finally resolved and a refund was immediately paid by means of points credited on my smart shopper card.
