No delivery.. no feedback ..

I ordered groceries on 13/ 03/ 2022 at around 16hrs.. 4 hrs later at 20.00hrs had received nothing. I emailed them & resigned myself to sleep. Its 14/ 03 and almost 11am and nothing. This big corporate takes payment in advance so one would assume they prioritize service delivery.. its a pity i only read the reviews after and needless to say i am disappointed and regret.. is there an ombuds man they can be reported to.. what if that was my last money & needed the food.. i have no food and no money to go purchase elsewhere and email..whatsapp no agent is responding..
