No Delivery/No courtesy to phone

My daughter went to bed hungry today. She is 2nd day in west campus Village residence at Wits.<br> My credit card was debited and an sms was sent to her as well as email indicating that delivery will be between 18.00-19.00. Why have they not delivered or at least have the courtesy to telephone?<br> Why does call centre close at 19.00 when delivery slots are available past 19.00. <br> so basically i have to wait till tomorrow to call the call centre as they don't pick up after 19.00.<br> Please get your act together. what does it cost to telephone and say you cant make it.?
