No delivery no communication

I placed an order on the asap app at 07:15am and now at 09:18am I am being told about a technical issue. I can't cancel my order I can't reverse my money back into my account so what are yourl expecting me to do. My 9 year old is sitting hear hungry because we waiting for his cereal. I want my money back or my order cause I'm getting frustrated and I can't get hold of anyone at your call center. R30 AIRTIME GONE AND NO ORDER
