No delivery, No communcation

I have placed and paid for a clothing order on 08/02/2022. The courier continuously is unable to deliver as they say no one is home to deliver but as it is a complex, the courier needs to phone when they are at the gate. But they are not calling. I am still waiting for my order but now the courier DPD LASER is not replying. My order is apparently sitting at the depot. I emailed Pick n Pay to follow up and no a week later and no reply from them either. I want to cancel the order because no one is replying and I don't think I will ever get my order.
