No delivery Like goverment dept

I was at Pick n Pay this morning when the driver called me to confirm delivery of a item i bought he asked if can leave and wait for him because he is coming now i had to leave all my things and went home to wait three hours later nothing I called the shop trying to speak to a manger Ricky or Warren and after several tries no answer not one of them are available even now this reminds me of a government no one is ever available to take responsibility this is bad <br> <br> My time was waisted and I could not speak to anyone in charge I have no choice to wait and leave everything i had to do waiting for Pick n Pay to deliver or can I say No delivery dept.<br> <br> Bad service
