No delivery if good/false adverti*****t

If I could rate half a star I would. Horrible service ever. I ordered my essentials that i needed to use urgently. But the pnp asap (bottles) app decide to take all day to deliver my stuff. What even worse I contacted them via the messaging option I get from the app, they kept o telling me the order is coming. I placed my order at 16:30 n they said my order will be delivered between 18:00 - 19:00. When the time comes it moved to 19:00 -20:00 from then it went to 20:00 -21:00. Mind you the customer care when I massaged that told me that there's no way the food will be delivered by that time as the shop will be closed. So o should relax the driver is on his way. Later the app tells me the driver is at the gate. But the app doesn't have any option for me to contact the driver. I walked to the gate but there was no driver. Imagine in this cold. When I try to contact them again the app tells me that "we are away now,we are converting this chat into ticket" ok later on I recieved another message saying " Hi, our office hours are from 08:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00am to 18:00pm on Saturday and Sunday Please leave us a note or email *** and we will make contact as soon as possible". I wish I knew that this app is ****ed up. I would've drove to the shop and got my stuff. What's even worse the money was already out in my account! I'm so angry and I'm done with that app! Why do they even name the app ASAP if they know they wont render the service.
