NO DELIVERY FROM ASAP FOR PAID GOODS

i placed an order on ASAP at4:11 on 11/02/2025 and the app indicated the delivery would be between 4:30 and 5 and when I checked the app at 5:38 because nothing has been received yet i noticted that it showed delivered at4:48, now goodness only know where it was delivered because it was not my address and it was an expensive order so i tried calling their custumor care line that however is a total muck up as no matter how many times you press 2 you never get to an agent this is the absolute last time
