No delivery, driver stole groceries and pick n pay asap not helping with refund, aitime bought to call them already amount to money spent on that grocery.

If you want piece of mind play far from this so called pick n pay asap. No delivery done to us yet the driver marked it as delivered, who's problem is it that they hiring *******, we placed an order Sunday morning the 25th, around to 10:am, we waited n waited. Tried to call their call center it seems like no one was at work on that day. No call was answered. We kept on holding, buy more Airtime that by now it amounts to the things we bought from this store, so meaning doubt the groceries, im saying this because we kept on calling to cancel the order with no success, we then decide to say lets go to store to buy what we bought on asap because we want tonuse the things urgently, we dis just that, after like 4 hours later the driver called,hey come pick up the order. We told the driver to say hey please return the order to the store as we have been waiting,now we have bought those things from store, driver said ok, after he left the order was marked delivered on app, we again started from scratch to call the call center with no success, with my sister we were like we will try the following day as it will be Monday maybe there will be one staff atleast at work to answer the phone, we did call till today no help we tried the store we were advised that they dont deal with online customers but the walk-ins, this was New town store here in Johannesburg, now the asap call center is telling that heeeee the driver they cant get hold of him,how is that my problem, i was a very loyal cutomer to pick n pay asap but after this, after using so much money to call so i can be refunded, upto today our groceries us gone, no refund nothing, aamgain go at your own risk.
