No delivery

I placed an order on the 24 Oct at 09am, the order was delivered at 12noon and was wrong order. The driver refused to take the order back, I told him that I can't accept someone's order the store need to sort it out. He tried leaving but couldn't go out cause I refused to give him access code. He then decided to come back and agreed to take it cause the contact center forced him to. I placed another order at 12:30 it's now 16:15 and still no delivery no refund. The order is from Pnp Greenstone Johannesburg. So basically asap is not asap. I called the contact center for the third time and the lady told me that I can take a different direction......
