No delivery by Aramex

I used the Aramex store-to -door courier at Woodmead Pick n Pay on the 10/09/2015. Aramex says they deliver in outlying areas within 72 hours however it has been over 168 hours and the parcel has not been received. Logged a case with Aramex on the 16/09/2015 and still there has been no delivery of the parcel.<br> This is bad service!
