No Delivery & Bad Service

I placed an order on the 24 November and I was supposed to have collected my order on the 25th. When I went to Pick and pay in Boksburg to collect my order I was told that there was no order for me. This was after I received a message to remind me to collect my order.

I was told that they would follow up the next day and call me back. I did receive a call the next day to say they do not know what is going on with my order they can see it on the system but they do not have it. I was then told that they would follow up the Monday and call me back Monday morning ( 27th Nov). To this day I have not heard anything from anyone from the Boksburg branch.

I have lodged queries online and received no response after a week so I called the customer care line on the 8th December and was told that they would follow up and escalate my query and give me feedback as soon as they have any information. It is now a week later and I have not received any news from anyone. I tried calling this morning again and asked to speak to a manager and it went to voicemail.

For a huge store like pick and pay to not be able to keep up with online orders is terrible and their customer service is disgusting. They should not even bother attempting online shopping because they clearly do not have the capacity to keep up with other online shopping sites.

From someone who does a lot of online shopping this is the first time where I am struggling with getting my order. This was the first time that I used the pick and pay online shopping and I it will probably be my last. Very disappointed!!!!
