No delivery and Bottles App customer support have been no help.
Your customer support is very bad. They have managed to resolve an issue with out it even being resolved. My order wasn't delivered to me last week Friday. I went in holiday on Friday evening, sent you guys a message stating that I didn't get my package, got back on Sunday and double checked with the guards who manage the complex and they said nothing was received. I specifically stated to call me on my mobile when at the gate but your driver didn't. Please can someone assist with this issue. I opened up two tickets and both have been resolved without me getting my parcel! How isthis possible??? Your ticket reference number for this request: 107742
Some one from your call center called me a week later and said they were going to send my parcel as it was returned to the store (this was is now going since early December)....
Have emailed your support team and no one bothers to reply to any of my emails... not great service at all.
