No delivery
Just like the anc, quick to take your money and doesn't deliver any services. I want my money refunded back into the account that you debited. I've deleted the pick n pay app. Refund my credit on the app as well. I'm done with picknpay and their *********** staff.

27 Feb 2024, 09:07I placed an order on 26 February, they kept extending the turn around time until the driver (winner lukeba) decided to take a joy tide with my parcel and return it to the store. My goods were never delivered so i phoned the call centre and Nosipho confirmed that she'll cancel my order after she tried calling the driver. His phone went straight to voicemail so she escalate the matter for my money to be refunded. Today (27th Feb) a new driver calls and says he's at my gate with the order🙄. I ordered rolls, detergents and some frozen items. Guess what, everything was left overnight in the brown paper bag. frozen items defrosted, the bag is soggy and I'm sure the rolls are stale. Nobody informed the new driver about the cancellation. Can picknpay please refund me today! I never took the goods from the driver as my order was cancelled yesterday
