No delivery

If there was zero star I'd give them that. I placed an order on the 11th march 22 and on the 12th march 22 and did not receive my order however the money went off my account. I called them and they said I must take it up with my bank which I did and received a confirmation and authorisation number from my bank to say they have paid pnp. I've emailed them several times and called them countless times and they have not rep****. I refuse to loose my R195 x2 to *********** people. I need my money back. I will not be using pnp for anything going further as they have sense of urgency.
